The Customs Area Controller, Niger/Kogi Area Command, Comptroller MS Umar, mni, has reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening inter-agency collaboration following a courtesy visit to the Department of State Services (DSS), Niger State Command.
During the visit, Comptroller Umar was received by the State Director, Ibrahim Usman Bello, fsi. The meeting provided an avenue to reinforce cooperation, enhance intelligence sharing, and promote synergy between the Nigeria Customs Service and the DSS in addressing security challenges.
Comptroller Umar emphasized that effective collaboration among security agencies is vital in combating smuggling, economic crimes, and other threats to national security, while also promoting national development.
In his remarks, the DSS State Director, Ibrahim Usman Bello, fsi, appreciated the visit and assured the Command of continued support and cooperation in achieving shared security goals.
