The Deputy Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Adedamola Kasunmu, has reaffirmed that the Renewed Hope Agenda is not just a slogan, but a call to action and a vision in progress. He made this assertion at the 10th Constituency Stakeholders Meeting held at Eko FM Marquee, LTV 8 compound, Agidingbi, Ikeja Lagos.
The meeting, themed "Governance in Action: The Gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda," was attended by royal fathers, political leaders, religious leaders, market men and women, youths, and stakeholders of Ikeja Constituency II.
Hon. Kasunmu emphasized that the Renewed Hope Agenda promotes efficient and transparent service delivery, strengthens institutions, upholds the rule of law, and fosters active engagement. He also highlighted the proactive engagement between the executive arm and the Lagos State Assembly, led by Rt. Hon. Dr. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa, which has led to the passage of progressive laws supporting social welfare, environmental sustainability, and infrastructural innovation.
Hon.Adedamola also commended Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State for been a pivotal partner in the realization of the shared vision,as his tenure has been characterised by innovative urban renewal projects, efficient public service delivery and legislative collaboration for sustainable growth.
Chief Oludele Solola, APC State Treasurer, praised the state assembly's leadership for organizing the meeting, stating that it provides a valuable opportunity for legislators to engage directly with constituents and identify areas where assistance is needed.
