The 1995 set of old students of Eko Boys’ High School, popularly known as EKOBA95, has taken a significant step toward strengthening alumni engagement and community impact with the launch of its official website, ekoba95.com, under the banner of the EKOBA95 Service Club.
The launch of the digital platform marks a new chapter in the history of the distinguished alumni group, providing a central hub for members to reconnect, celebrate shared achievements, foster meaningful relationships, and coordinate initiatives aimed at giving back to society.
Describing the website as more than just an online presence, the group said the platform embodies the enduring spirit of brotherhood forged within the walls of Eko Boys’ High School over three decades ago.
“Welcome to the official home of EKOBA95 — a proud brotherhood of old boys of Eko Boys’ High School united by history, friendship, excellence, and legacy,” the group stated in a message announcing the launch.
According to EKOBA95, the website is designed to showcase members’ achievements, preserve cherished memories, document reunions, and strengthen the bonds that have continued to flourish long after graduation.
The set recalled that its members came from diverse homes, communities, and cultural backgrounds during their years at Eko Boys’ High School in the early 1990s, but were united by common experiences, shared aspirations, and the discipline that defined life within the school environment.
What began as ordinary classroom friendships, the group noted, evolved into a lifelong brotherhood strengthened by shared experiences ranging from morning assemblies and classroom debates to inter-house sports competitions, punishments, celebrations, and dreams of a brighter future.
More importantly, EKOBA95 revealed that the website would serve as a launchpad for broader humanitarian and developmental initiatives aimed at supporting members and society at large.
The alumni body expressed its determination to move beyond nostalgia by creating opportunities for mutual support, business networking, mentorship, scholarship funding, and youth development programmes.
“This is bigger than nostalgia now. This is brotherhood. This is history. This is proof that boys from ordinary streets can grow into extraordinary men,” the group declared.

“Before success, there was Mushin. Before suits and ties, there were white shorts and assembly ground punishment. Before air-conditioned offices, there was heat, dust, noise, and survival. And somehow, we made it,” the group noted.

The Eko Boys’ High School Alumni Association Class of 1995 (EKOBA95) is currently led by Omoleke Obasanjo as President. He is supported by Oludare Adebayo, Vice President (Nigeria), and Oluwaseyi Ojo, Vice President (Diaspora).
The executive committee recently marked its first anniversary in office on May 31, 2026, celebrating one year of leadership dedicated to strengthening alumni engagement, fostering unity among members, and advancing initiatives aimed at promoting the welfare of the association and its broader community.
