The Naija Auto Sports (NAS), under the distinguished leadership of its President, Dr. Zara Abubakar (Mrs.), hereby announces a National Motor Show and Road Infrastructure Showcase in commemoration of the 74th Birthday of His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
This landmark national event is scheduled to hold on Sunday, 29th March 2026, in Abuja, Nigeria, and is conceived as a patriotic tribute to the President’s visionary leadership and transformative governance.
Within a span of two years, the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has initiated significant strides in industrial revitalization and infrastructure development, particularly within the automotive sector.
Nigeria is steadily transitioning from import dependence toward local automobile production and assembly, reflecting a deliberate and strategic national policy direction.
In furtherance of this progress, the event will also highlight ongoing road infrastructure development, demonstrating a continuity of reform-driven governance associated with the President’s leadership.
A major feature of the programme will be a Ceremonial Motorcade and Celebration Drive within the Abuja Metropolis, showcasing key infrastructural advancements under the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mr. Nyesom Wike within a short period, (2 yrs).
Special recognition is accorded to the Grand Patron of Naija Auto Sports, Dr. Abdulrasheed A. Maina, whose commitment and support to the President, have been instrumental in facilitating the successful organization and Coordination of this national event.
