Mayor Jubril Kolawole Emilagba, Executive Chairman of Lagos Mainland Local Government, has commenced the second phase of the Ounjẹ Ẹmà food palliatives distribution on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the Council Secretariat. This initiative is part of his commitment to providing monthly food support to residents, aiming to alleviate economic hardships and ensure the benefits of democracy reach every household in Lagos Mainland.
The program is structured to offer ongoing food assistance to residents in need which reflects Mayor Emilagba's focus on people-centric governance and compassionate leadership,aimed to ease economic challenges facing households in Lagos Mainland.
