Digital Jewels Africa Wins Top Award for IT Governance Excellence

Digital Jewels Africa, a leading IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consulting firm, has been awarded as Nigeria's Best IT Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Service Provider of the Year at the National Customer Quality Assessment Awards. The prestigious award celebrates organizations committed to exemplary service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The event, themed "Quality Leadership and Future National Brands”, which was held at NECA House in Ikeja Lagos, on Thursday, 31^st October, 2024, celebrated that set high standards in customer quality and leadership across various industries.

In his opening remarks, Godwin Nwalozie, Head of Operations and Strategy at Proten Technologies, highlighted the rapid evolution of technology focusing particularly on the transition between Nokia and Apple in the mobile sector.

While receiving the award, Mr. Tokunbo Taiwo, Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer of Digital Jewels Africa, expressed gratitude to the organizers for the recognition and the rigorous selection process for the winners. Other awardees at the event included New Horizons Nigeria, awarded as Nigeria’s Most Impactful ICT and Multimedia Training Institute of the Year; Emzor Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited, awarded as Nigeria’s Most Accepted Quality Pharmaceutical Products Manufacturer of the Year, amongst others in various sectors.
