The Chairman Lagos Mainland Local government Mrs Omolola Essien said her candidate in the presidential election will win in the general election she made this known while casting her vote in her makoko polling unit in Lagos.
She said is satisfied with the preparedness of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC in the electoral process.
She then encouraged everyone to go out and vote and shun violence and remain calm.
