The Minister of State for Transportation, Prince Ademola Adegoroye, on Sunday attended the 2022 Reunion of his former secondary school, the Federal Government College, Idoani.
The event, which was tagged "The Forge, The Call, The Spur", held at the Luxury Events Place, Ikeja in Lagos and hosted hundreds of members of FGC Idoani Alumni Association; the school where the Minister graduated from in 1984.
Prince Adegoroye, who was welcomed with a rousing ovation upon his arrival, reminisced his experience in the school and mentioned that attending FGC Idoani was the best decision his late father made for him as the school formed the foundation upon which his life started.
The Minister promised to speak with his counterpart in the Ministry of Education to increase funding for education and also encouraged parents to take advantage of the affordable yet quality education available in the public schools, especially that of Federal Government Colleges.
