The Presidential aspiration of All Progressives Congress, APC, National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu have received a big boost as the former Local Government Chairman of Lagos Mainland Local Government, and the former Lagos State House of Assembly Member Hon.Oladele Adekanye has canvassed support for the him in becoming the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He made the assertion while speaking to newsmen in Lagos at the press conference and the official launch of grassroot Network for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for all political office holders in all the local government in Lagos State.
He said Asiwaju is my leader and a leader to APC, talk of politics He is one of the most accessible leader and political practise today. He said he has been a beneficiary of his benevolence, i was a nobody, he noticed my talents and with all sense of modesty he decided to support my candidacy and i will forever be grateful, the former law maker noted.
He said i stand with him in regards to his presidential ambition, he is competent to be the president of Nigeria having served previously as a Senator in Nigeria in the early 1990's as a governor between 1999-2007 which he performed credibly well and also join hands with other political giants to form The All Progressives Congress and has been central to ensure that the famous Pdp was defeated and ushered in the present president of Nigeria.
He is also responsible for throwing up a lot of Governors today in many parts of Nigeria and also ministers, Ambassadorial appointees and having accomplished all this laudable achievements he deserve to govern Nigeria at the presidential level.
He also created additional Local Council Development Area in Lagos State between 2002 & 2003 which a lot of people benefited from. Hon.Oladele Adekanye vowed that as a follower of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu he is convinced that he can be the president and will be achieved and he is not going to betray him and he is hopeful that he will emerge as the presidential candidate and the president of Nigeria come 2023 by the grace of God.
