Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya ( Dan Majen Gombe) has approved the constitution of the Gombe State Traditional Medicine Board and appointed Lawan Garba Ruwaya as Chairman.
The Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi who conveyed the Governor's approval, also announced the following as members:
Ardo Chindo Abubakar, Alh. Amada Dasa and Mamuda Haruna Talasse. Others are
representative of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Two representatives of Ministry Of Health and representative of Traditional Medicine Council of Nigeria.
All the appointments take immediate effect.
