At the time when trust has been breached by perceived Real Estate Business is overcrowded in Nigeria, leading to fraud, deceit, loses and sad tales.
Following this backdrop, Ibukun Ifedayo, Chief Executive Officer, IFESEUN & ASSOCIATES came up with the idea of diversifying from Banking into his core field, Estate Management, to meet the demands of prospective House owners/Landlords.
As the saying goes that behind a successful Man comes a Woman with distinctive perception and vision, was what birthed IFESEUN & ASSOCIATES.
It is co-owned by Ibukun Ifedayo, an Estate surveyor) and his amiable wife, Ibukun Oluwaseun, an astute accountant par excellence.
The Irele Local Government in Ondo State entrepreneur studied at Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State, bagging his Higher National Diploma after obtaining his National Diploma from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti.
Ifedayo said he was perturbed by the sad tales of people who have been defrauded in their quest to have a home, bringing to fore his decision to quit job at Access Bank Nigeria Plc, where he had worked for several years and setting up his own business which goes beyond Estate Management but Consultancy, Supervision of Real Estate Construction, Tax consultancy, Procurement, Buying and Selling of Cars etc.
The Company however have competent staffs in every area of specialization it deals in, in accordance to the lay down procedure with accordance to standard.
Over the years, the Company have supervised several real estate project and deliver in accordance with agreed plan and specification.
Ifedayo said that his Company have been able to stand tall among its numerous
competitors, due to its Competency, ability, prowess and accurate quotation for development and report on every stages of consultancy.
He stressed further that the goal, mission and vision of his the company is to be the world best consultant in area of necessity and need to give a solution to need for shelter and accountability, and also because they have tested hand their Clients can trust.
