Family, friends and well wishers gathered at the Pavilion Of Faith Global Church to celebrate the 67th birthday of the General Overseer of the Church Anthony Oluseyi Fasipe in Lagos.
The 67th birthday celebration started with a Colloquium,which is the Third Edition and Tagged Rebuilding A Broken Society (The Peace Dimension).
Dignitaries who graced the event include the Chairman Nigeria Pilgrims Commission Reverend Yomi Kasali,Christian Association of Nigeria Lagos State Chairman,Bishop Steven Adegbite,Mr and Mrs Olatilo,Chairman CAC VOM DCC,Pastor Anu Ojo and other men of God.
The Celebrant Apostle Anthony Fasipe in his opening remark used psalm 90 Vs 12 as a verse to thank God,Apostle Fasipe futher explain the reason for the colloquium that the colloquium will profer solutions where peace can reign in the country.
Reverend Yomi Kasali who was the first speaker at the Colloquium titled his word as the Fatherless Generation, he said the way forward is to strengthen the fathers and not weakening them,and to fight abusive relationship and rethink towards a broken Society.
Christian Association of Nigeria Lagos State Chairman Bishop Steven Adegbite speaks on Theme Rebuilding A Broken Society (The Peace Dimension),he said the way forward for Nigerians to achieve this is for the Leaders to be Honest,Good Governance,Good Road,and make the citizens have a meaningful life.
The birthday Celebration then moved to the Church's 7th Anniversary and Thanksgiving service with the theme MileStone.
The preacher Pastor Anu Ojo said with the present situation of the country,the Church must rise with the Scripture and let God do what he can do to bring down the kingdom of darkness and concer the difficulty Nigeria is facing.
The Cutting of the 67th Birthday Cake formed the Climax of the event.
