Methodist Church Nigeria in propagating the Gospel and expanding the church,the church held the South West ministers and church workers retreat at Methodist Church Ijoku Sagamu, Ogun State.
The Ministers and workers retreat has in attendance Prelate Methodist Church Nigeria His Eminence Chukwuemeka Kanu Uche,Archbishops,Bishops,Presbyters and Reverends in the Southwest.
His Eminence Dr. Sunday Ola.Makinde GPJ Emeritus, Methodist Church Nigeria delivered a paper for Meditation on The Prayer life of a Methodist Minister, with emphasis on Watch and Pray, while His Grace, Most Rev L. S. Ayo. Ladigbolu, retired Archbishop of Ilesa, delivered a paper on Ministers living above the pew and The Right Rev. (Dr) Michael O. Akinwale delivered a paper on the Principles & Practices of Church Administration and Episcopal Authority.
