The new ultra-modern cinema, Labi Oasis Theater, in Ikorodu area of Lagos state was agog last Thursday as movie stars and entertainers assembled at the ancient city to unveil a new contemporary movie, Titled; Italian Gold.
The film, produced by Doyin Kafilat Aggrey harps on the ‘fake attitude and unreal lifes style’ being exhibited by modern day youths in their quest to outshines each other’s in public. The film is said to be highly didactic, educative and instructive.
“Italian Gold is a movie with classic lessons. The film is also nicknamed 'Ayalo Unleashed' and we are showing it on different cinemas starting from Christmas day”, Doyin Aggrey stated.
The famous movie star noted that aside from Labi Oasis Cinema in Ikorodu, the film will also be showing at Magnificent Cinema, Onipanu, Film World Cinema, Ikotun, Lagos Capricorn Cinema, Cultural Center, Kuto, Abeokuta, Ogun state.
Speaking to newsmen during the media unveiling of Italian Gold, Alhaji Mukaila Afolabi, Chairman of Oasis Film Distribution Company noted the movie would be showing on 25th December, 2020, Christmas day at Labi Oasis Cinema, urging fun seekers to enjoy their holiday with the new movie.
Olushola Akinyele, CEO of Fountain Arts House International Limited, FAHIL and a foremost entertainment consultant stated that the quality of the film and the contents is a much to watch. He enjoins entertainment lovers to be at one of the cinemas so as to catch a glimpse of the new artistic work carried out by Doyin Aggrey who ihe described as a fantastic movie producer.
Ope Olusanya, the director of Italian Gold appreciates the producer of the film for doing a wonderful job. She also hails the distribution tendency of Oasis Film Distribution Company and urges movie fans to add to their fountain of knowledge by watching the film.
Notable artists featured in the movie includes: Bolanle Ninalowo, Adedoyin Aggrey, Segun Ogungbe, Kemi Korede, Oluwole Cole, Akeem Lawal, Lara Olowolagba, Ope Olusanya and the host of others.
Appreciating the guests at the unveiling, Adekunle Lukman Adebeshin, manager of Labi Oasis Cinema gives kudos to the film producer, director and all artists who exhibited uncommon talents towards the realization of the movie. He encourages other movie producers to come and showcase their skills at Oasis Cinema, noting that it has the best facility for a modern film exhibition.
