The Executive Chairman of Agege Local Government, Alhaji Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi (JP) held a parliamentary meeting with all the councilors, supervisors and management staff of the council at the secretariat on Wednesday, 28 October, 2020.
At the meeting, the council boss charged councilors, supervisors and management staff to enlighten residents of Agege Local Government, particularly the youths and sensitize them on the negative impact of the destructions carried out by hoodlums and urged the youths in their respective domains to refrain from destruction and pave way for dialogue as government at the grassroots is doing her best in collaboration with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu administration to give adequate attention to the yearning of the youths.
Egunjobi used the medium to remind residents and stakeholders in Agege community on the efforts of the Governor so far in response to the request made by the EndSARS genuine protesters.
On the part of the council, the council boss therefore enjoined the people of Agege Local Government area to give maximum cooperation to his administration as they are doing their best to make Agege LG a better place for all.
