JMG Delivers Landmark Engineering Projects Across Healthcare, Manufacturing and Aviation in Q2 2026

JMG Limited, Nigeria’s leading integrated electromechanical solutions company, has reinforced its commitment to helping Nigerian businesses improve efficiency and sustainability with the successful delivery of three major engineering projects across the healthcare, manufacturing and aviation sectors during the second quarter of 2026.

The projects, executed through JMG’s renewable energy, climate solutions and elevator divisions, these projects reflect the company's continued focus on delivering innovative engineering solutions that improve operational performance, reduce costs, and support long-term business growth.

One of the quarter's flagship projects saw JMG Solar design and install a hybrid solar power system for St. Catherine Specialist Hospital in Wuse 2, Abuja, providing uninterrupted electricity for critical medical services while significantly reducing reliance on diesel generators.

Since commissioning, the hospital has reduced diesel consumption by 50 per cent, from approximately 2,000 litres to 1,000 litres per month, saving about ₦14 million on diesel purchases within four months. Monthly energy costs have also fallen by about ₦2 million, while the system is expected to generate more than 133 MWh of clean electricity annually and prevent more than 53,000 kilograms of carbon emissions each year.

JMG Clima, the climate solutions division of JMG Limited and the authorised dealer of Trane in Nigeria, also completed the upgrade of the cooling infrastructure at the corporate facility of one of Nigeria's leading snacking companies. Following a comprehensive assessment of the facility's requirements, JMG deployed a high-efficiency Trane HVAC system that improves cooling performance, indoor air quality, operational reliability, and long-term maintenance efficiency.

Further demonstrating its engineering capabilities, JMG Elevator completed the installation and maintenance support of 16 TK Elevator units at Victor Attah International Airport in Akwa Ibom State. The project comprises 12 elevators and four escalators designed to improve passenger movement, accessibility, and operational efficiency across the airport terminal. Following the successful completion of the project, the client approved the installation of an additional three units, bringing the total number of TK Elevator installations at the airport to 19.
