In furtherance of compliance with the directives of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, on the emplacement of a robust and proactive security architecture nationwide, the Ondo State Police Command under the leadership of CP Adebowale Lawal psc(+), mnips has intensified its operational strategies through a coordinated show of force across all Area Commands in the State.
The exercise, carried out by operatives from Area Command Urban, Ondo and Okitipupa in collaboration with other sister security agencies, witnessed a large deployment of personnel and operational assets strategically patrolling major highways, urban centres, and identified flashpoints within their respective jurisdictions.
The show of force is aimed at reinforcing police visibility, deterring criminal elements, and enhancing public confidence in the security framework of the State during this festive period and beyond.
The Ondo State Police Command remains steadfast in its resolve to work in synergy with relevant stakeholders to ensure peace, stability, and the protection of all citizens.
