Name : Hon Tope Adefemiwa a.k.a Mr. Performer
Age: 47 years
Parental background : My father was the first Principal of Ademulegun high school, Bamikemo, and my mother was a school teacher and the first Senior Girl of Gboluji Anglican Grammar School, Ile-oluji. Also, my mother is Nee Akinrelere - Andrew Baba Macaulay - SEA NEVER DRY. I am one of the Descendants of the former high chief Lobun of Ile-oluji kingdom (Oba Obinrin) , Late high chief Elizabeth Olamilosoye - Yeye Lobun.
Educational attainment : My whole life Journey started from my very own town Ile-oluji in Ondo state where I began my Primary school Education after which I proceeded to second level of Education (Secondary school), then to higher institution.
Career : I am the Chief Executive Officer at Countryville Properties and consultancy company. A Real Estate Company I started in 2007. Countryville Properties is a commercial Real Estate Development and Consultancy Company with vast experience in Investment Model Development and in developing successful Real Estate Projects throughout Nigeria and across the Global space. The Company uses it's skills, knowledge, and abilities in the areas of feasibility analysis, strategic planning, cost control, development maximization, asset management, and negotiations to produce high quality project models and positive returns for clients and investors.
My greatest experience in Real Estate has been the "No Retreat No Surrender " ideology , this is what I have inherited from being a Realtor. As a Realtor you are expected to stick your head out when others are hiding it, you're supposed to be sure of the Potentials of your investment and even when all needles are pointing downwards, you already know it's a+. As Realtor , my conviction is my elixir.
Experience : My experience as a poor boy who rises from a poor background widened my thinking about life arriving at a conclusion that there are some individuals who passes through such situations and they couldn't survive it, their lives has been battered and bruised with a whole lot of anti-social activities. This life drama has always made me have interest in humanitarian services to mankind and also contribute meaningfully to the lives of people around me.
This was what led me to the Political world, having realize that one of the ways to touch thousands of lives positively and to represent the interest of the masses is to actively participate in Politics, and that was how the whole Political Journey began.
Political : My experience in Politics started when I indicated my interest to run for the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2019 on the Platform of KOWA PARTY and with my present aspiration to become the next Governor of Ondo state come 2024 under the umbrella of the All Progressive Congress (APC)
Performance : I am known for my brazening personality in actualizing every given assignment, with a tag known as Mr. Performer for my excellent and proficient growth in every field. I am set to liberate the the people of Ondo state from the current predicament of massive unemployment, malfunctioning industries, poverty, and hunger etc that recently strike the state. I have always being one of the most remarkable students of Political history with excessive fundamentals and foundational knowledge of Ondo state Political history till date.
Mentors and Role models : My mentors and role models are Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu. Nevertheless, I have always walk in their philosophy and ideology.
Marital : I am happily married to beautiful Adetutu Adefemiwa(Nee Oke) and my marriage is blessed with two angels.
Hobby : My hobby is reading. In my free time, I read. I've read across the bar. The Bible, literature , Journals, name it. I love reading.
