Atiku Abubakar and the PDP antics to hack the INEC server once again was revealed by Hon Tope Adefemiwa, a former Ondo APC Governorship aspirant and Director General for, 4 Million Youths For Tinubu/Shettima Movement, while briefing cross sections of the Press on Monday.
Mr. Adefemiwa while speaking on good authority said that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) should keep an eagle eye on former Vice President and People's Democratic Party candidate in the upcoming presidential election, Alhaji Waziri Atiku Abubakar, because of his desperate moves and propensity to hack the INEC server once again and to manipulate the presidential election results in his favour in 2023.
According to Hon Tope Adefemiwa, it will be recalled that Atiku said he won the Kano State election against APC in 2019. He argued at the election petition tribunal at the Appeal Court, that he got his information and facts from the INEC server among other documents he presented. Then, the Judgement was later ruled against him at the Appeal Court because INEC said among other things that the umpire did not make use of server in 2019. Atiku Abubakar proceeded to the Supreme Court because he was not satisfied with the judgement of the Appeal Court, but the Supreme Court upheld the judgement of the Appeal Court that was ruled against him. The question is how did Atiku Abubakar gained access to the information and facts he claimed he got from the server when INEC said the server was not used in 2019, if not that he hacked into the INEC server. These are questions begging for answers.
Mr Adefemiwa said that there is nothing Atiku Abubakar could not do at this time to rig-win the forthcoming election because all tides are against him. There is a major crack in the PDP house, which he has failed to resolve, which is a big minus for him. The PDP house is divided. Also, Atiku is not a popular Candidate and the zoning formula for the next President does not favour him. Atiku does not have majority of the Governors, he doesn't have majority of the Senators, neither does he have majority of house of Representatives members. All indication shows that Atiku Abubakar can't win the forthcoming Presidential election in 2023. And yet he said he will win 23 States and have 25%. He said he is a guy who already has 11 million votes in his kitty ahead of the 2023 General elections. Where is such claim coming from when election has not taken place. To get such an information couldn't have been from anywhere else other than the INEC server. The Independent National Electoral Commission should be extra careful with such a Presidential candidate because he only relies on hacking the INEC server to win the election.
I want to use this medium to call on the attention of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Policy and Legal Advocacy (PLAC), CLEEN Foundation, ActionAid Nigeria, Centre For Democracy Development (CDD), Advocate Youth Initiative, Advocate For Human Rights Development, Alliance For Credible Elections, Citizens Advocacy For Good Governance, Citizens Centre For Integrated Development and Social rights, Election Monitor, COHDAT, the Youth Initiative for Advocacy, Growth, and Advancement (YIAGA), Global Community Prime Initiative (GCPI), Vision Spring initiative (VSI), all International Observers, and all other Civil Society Organizations to keep a close watch on the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, because of his propensity to hack the INEC servers in the forthcoming Presidential election in 2023.
It is the determination of Buhari's administration to conduct free, fair and credible general elections in 2023 which may be the last but not the least of the Buhari's numerous administration legacies which will in no doubt deepen the faith of Nigerians in our democracy and good governance. The current Atiku's political shenanigans and antics may jeopardise Nigerians electoral voices. It is even a big risk if INEC allows Atiku to succeed in his dangerous plans against our democracy because this will damage the reputation that INEC have built over the years as a competent and reliable electoral umpire, Adefemiwa stated
