The ugly incident that happened yesterday in Igangan, Ibarapa local government area of Oyo State remains disheartening and calls for a more proactive measure in securing lives and properties of innocent citizens. It was a gory incident that should never be allowed to reoccur.
Also, the perpetrators of this attack on the innocent indigenes must be found and brought to book by all reasonable means.
Importantly, the time for everyone of us to be more security conscious and vigilant than ever is now. We need to pay more attention to happenings around us and promptly report any suspicious movement in our communities to the appropriate authorities. May the soul of the departed rest in peace and may God give their families and loved ones fortitude to bear their loss. Amen 🙏🏽
