As Nigerians join the rest of the world to celebrate this year's Palm Sunday, Nigerians has been admonished to live peacefully with one another in other to make this country a great Nation.
The African Church Bethlehem Cathedral Lagos Central Diocese celebrated this years palm Sunday on a low-key while adhering to the Covid 19 protocols.
The Church and their members paraded and sharing palm branches to residents of their area in propaging the Gospel of our lord Jesus christ.
The Children were not leftout of the celebration as they were seen on the parade with joy in their hearts to witness yet another Palm Sunday.
The Bishop of Lagos Central Diocese Rt.Rev Dr Ilesanmi Adekunle Dawodu while speaking to Dconnectnews said palm Sunday is commemorating all what happened in Jesus time,which also marked the triumphant entry into Jerusalem,he also said Nigerians should be in sober reflection with the happenings in the country.
Palm Sunday is celebrated by the blessings and distribution of palm branches,representing the palm branches which the crowd scattered in front of christ as he rode into Jerusalem.
